Most people would say that learning how to lose weight without exercises is like shooting for the stars. So, they push themselves and exercise real hard but still can’t lose weight because they failed to do the key to weight loss.

I did not know about this too before that is why I have also failed losing weight a lot of times. I even tried lifting weights which just gave me an awkward body and still have a big belly. That is because I still ate more calories than what I needed each day.

You can lose weight without breaking a sweat or without diet pills only after creating a caloric deficit which is easy to do. You will just have to consume less calories than your body needs everyday. Let’s say you expend approximately 1500 to 2000 calories each day by doing your daily routines, then you should only consume less calories everyday than what you need. It’s simple as that.

I know some would say that they have already done that and even starved themselves but it did not work. You see, the key to losing weight without exercise is knowing the right foods to eat and to avoid. Starving yourself won’t work because your body would easily adapt to it and store the smallest food portion into fat because it knows that it is on a starvation phase. Thus, you don’t lose weight or worse you even gain more.

Steps On How To Lose Weight Even Without Exercise

1. First, let’s find out how much calories you need to create a caloric deficit. Weight yourself and multiply your present weight by 13. For example, weigh 175 lbs., you will approximately need 2200 calories every day.

2. Start reading product labels and look for food with lower calorie content. Replace your usual and favorite foods with these lower calorie foods without sacrificing the amount of food that will satisfy you. Go for low fat dressings and non fat milk.

3. If your schedule at work doesn’t allow you time for a good exercise then you can replace it with any other physical activity to help in your energy consumption like walking to or from work if it’s just a short drive away.
